The following rules apply in the Universum spiritual development center:
TERMS OF PAYMENT 1. Payment for any event is made by PRIOR bank transfer to a current account. 2. By paying for the event in advance, you reserve your participation. 3. When paying by bank transfer, you must send a receipt and indicate the date and time of payment to the manager. 4. Payment for the event is a guarantee of your participation. After payment, we can issue you a receipt or check if required.5. In case of cancellation of the event (which lasts from 3 to 5 hours) a) within 36 hours, the payment is NOT REFUNDED, but transferred to another event of a similar format. b) in less than 36 hours - the payment is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. 6. In case of cancellation of the event (which lasts from 5 to 24 hours) a) within 4 days, the payment is NOT REFUNDED, but transferred to another event of a similar format. b) in less than 4 days - the payment is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. 7. In case of cancellation of the event (which lasts from 24 hours to 10 days) a) 14 days in advance, the payment is NOT REFUNDED, but transferred to another event of a similar format.

8. In case of refusal from an on-site event in Ukraine or abroad (intensives, retreats), which incurs additional costs in the form of tickets, accommodation reservations, meals - your payment is NOT REFUNDED and NOT TRANSFERRED to other events.
